International Shipping

Over the years we have worked hard to provide the best possible experience for our international customers. Our order processing time is fast, orders placed by 3pm EST M-F will ship out same day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over the speed of arrival to its destination.

We provide two shipping options to our international customers:

USPS First Class
The delivery time quoted to us by the US Post Office is 2-4 weeks. The tracking information is limited, typically it gets scanned a few times in the United States and does not get get scanned again until it is delivered to its final destination. The tracking information is very limited and not very accurate. We recommend using this option ONLY if you are willing to wait for your order, and you are looking to save money. Please do not attempt to contact us about the status of your shipment until 4 weeks has passed.

UPS International
Delivery time is typically 3-5 days. This method is MUCH faster and more reliable than the above option. The tracking information provided is more detailed and accurate. We STRONGLY recommend this method if you want to receive your order quickly. This method does cost more but it is much more reliable and fast.

Note:
– Delivery times may vary depending on how long customs clearance process takes. We don’t have any control over customs delays and processing time.
– We pay the cost to ship your item on our end. If there are any duties, fees, or taxes due, the receiver is responsible for paying these.
