How do I initiate a return?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). This is a requirement for ANY return request.
– The 30-day return period begins the day you receive your product.
– You will only be refunded the price of the product, no shipping cost will be refunded.
– Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping package
(not on the product packaging)
– 20% restocking fee – Any product returned without an RMA number will have 20% withheld from the their refund. - You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
– Once you ship your return, we recommend watching your postal tracking number to see when it’s been delivered to us.
– No returns will be accepted beyond the 30 day allowance.
What is an RMA number?
We attach this number to your return so we can track and quickly process your refund.
How is my refund processed?
– Typically we will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your returned item.
– Once the refund is issued; it may take 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your bank/credit card or paypal account.
