We ship from St. George, Utah. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM MST ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST or on weekends ship the next business day.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select:

What is your returns & warranty policy?
30-Day Returns: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be in like new condition with all original packaging and materials. Contact us at support@recordergear.com for a return authorization (RMA) number before shipping your return.
6-Month Warranty: Every RecorderGear product is covered by our 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device has a defect, we'll replace it. Contact us for a warranty RMA number, and we'll guide you through the process.
Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility except for any product that arrived DOA (dead on arrival).
When will I receive order confirmation and tracking?
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase.
Your shipping confirmation with tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. We ship Monday through Friday (no weekend shipping). Orders placed before 1:00 PM MST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST or on weekends ship the next business day.
Example: If you order at 2:00 PM MST on Friday, your order will ship Monday, and you'll receive your tracking number Monday once it's processed.
