We know you need your RecorderGear products quickly. That's why we ship all orders placed by 1:00 PM MST Monday through Friday the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Every order includes tracking so you can monitor your shipment from our facility to your door.


USA Shipping Options

Choose the delivery speed that fits your needs:

Standard Shipping — $3
Delivery in 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Reliable and affordable for non-urgent orders.

Expedited Shipping — $7
Delivery in 2-3 business days. A faster option when you need your device sooner without premium costs.

2nd Day Air — $19
Delivery in 2 business days via UPS. Ideal when timing matters and you need guaranteed fast delivery.

Overnight — $39
Delivery in 1 business day via UPS. The fastest option available for time-sensitive orders.

Processing & Tracking: Orders placed by 2:00 PM MST Monday-Friday ship the same day. You'll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of placing your order.


International Shipping Options

We ship RecorderGear products worldwide with reliable carrier options.

Canada

USPS First Class — $10
Delivery in 1-3 weeks. Affordable option for non-urgent shipments to Canada.

UPS Worldwide Expedited — $39
Delivery in 3-7 business days. Faster, trackable shipping with more predictable timing.

All Other International Destinations

UPS Worldwide Expedited — $49
Delivery in 3-7 business days to most countries worldwide via UPS with full tracking.


International Shipping: Important Information

Customs Clearance: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country. Customs delays are beyond our control and can add several days to delivery.

Duties, Fees & Taxes: We cover the cost of shipping your order from our facility. However, the recipient is responsible for any duties, import fees, taxes, or customs charges imposed by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid upon delivery or clearance.

Tracking Provided: All international shipments include tracking so you can monitor progress. Once your package enters your country, tracking updates may be handled by your local postal or customs system.

Automatic Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of placing your order. This lets you monitor your shipment in real time from our facility to your delivery address.

Carrier Information: Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on the service selected. International orders ship via USPS First Class or UPS Worldwide Expedited.
