How long does shipping take (USA)?
We ship from St. George, Utah. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM MST ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST or on weekends ship the next business day.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select:
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) — Most affordable option for non-urgent orders.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) — Faster delivery when you need your device sooner.
2nd Day Air (2 business days) — Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days from ship date.

30-Day Returns: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be in like new condition with all original packaging and materials. Contact us at support@recordergear.com for a return authorization (RMA) number before shipping your return.
6-Month Warranty: Every RecorderGear product is covered by our 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device has a defect, we'll replace it. Contact us for a warranty RMA number, and we'll guide you through the process.
Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility except for any product that arrived DOA (dead on arrival).
When will I receive order confirmation and tracking?
