Great for my business

Good hardware, software needs work
The recorder itself is solid. It feels very light (almost cheap) but the recording quality is surprisingly good. My only complaint is the timestamp setup. You have to plug it into a Windows computer to sync the time, and since I'm mostly on Mac, it's a pain. The files all say 2015 until you fix it. But otherwise, definately a good purchase for the price.

Perfect for interviews
I'm a freelance journalist and I use this for phone interviews. The USB feature is my favorite part—I just plug it right into my laptop and drag the files off. No cables to lose. It holds tons of hours of audio so I never worry about running out of space mid-interview. Highly recommend.

6-Month Warranty: Every RecorderGear product is covered by our 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device has a defect, we'll replace it. Contact us for a warranty RMA number, and we'll guide you through the process.
Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility except for any product that arrived DOA (dead on arrival).
