Duties and taxes. When you order from the US you are the importer of record. Your country decides what is due; UPS collects it, plus its clearance fee, before or at delivery.
Customs and delays. We ship the same day on weekday orders before 1pm MT. Customs can add days, and we can't speed it up.
If UPS contacts you. UPS may email or call to collect payment or ask for details such as a tax ID. Reply quickly so your package isn't returned.
Remote areas. If UPS charges much more than $39 for your address, we'll email you to pay the difference or switch to Global Post (slower, about 7–10 business days, no extra charge).
Refused packages. A package that's refused or not collected comes back to us; shipping, duties and return costs aren't refundable.
