How long does shipping take (USA)? +
We ship from our U.S. facility. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1:00 PM MT ship the same day. Standard shipping arrives in 5-7 business days; Expedited in 2-3; 2nd Day Air is guaranteed 2 business days from ship date.
Is international shipping available? +
Yes, worldwide. Canada: USPS First Class ($10, 1-3 weeks) or UPS Worldwide Expedited ($39, 3-7 business days). All other countries: UPS Worldwide Expedited ($49). The recipient is responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
When will I receive order confirmation and tracking? +
Order confirmation arrives immediately after purchase. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships - same business day for orders before 1:00 PM MT.

What is your returns & warranty policy? +
30-day returns: return within 30 days of delivery for a refund - like-new condition, original packaging; email support@recordergear.com for an RMA first. 6-month warranty: covered against manufacturing defects - we replace defective devices.

Contact us immediately at support@recordergear.com. Damaged in shipping or dead on arrival - we replace it right away and cover return shipping.
